Shipping — Limited-Edition Prints
All limited-edition prints are carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands. We dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Netherlands (NL) — €6.95, 1–3 business days
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg (BE, DE, LU) — €9.95, 2–5 business days
- Western Europe (FR, AT, DK, PL, CZ) — €14.95, 3–7 business days
- Europe & UK (IT, ES, PT, SE, NO, FI, IE, CH, GB) — €19.95, 5–10 business days
- Rest of World (US, CA, AU, JP) — €29.95, 7–14 business days
Each additional item in the same order ships at +50% of the base rate.
Delivery times are estimates from the shipping date. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and local customs processing. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Packaging
Prints are shipped flat in rigid protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Every print ships with a certificate of authenticity.
Shipping — On-Demand Reproductions
Artworks available as canvas, metal, acrylic, and other formats are fulfilled by Werk aan de Muur (WadM). These products are printed and shipped directly by WadM's fulfilment network. Delivery times and shipping costs for WadM products are shown on their platform at the time of purchase.
Returns — Limited-Edition Prints
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (right of withdrawal), in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection law.
How to return:
1. Email berend@bvdart.nl within 14 days of delivery to notify us.
2. Ship the print back in its original condition and protective packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns of prints damaged due to mishandling by the buyer.- Prints that are not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a reduced refund.
Returns — On-Demand Reproductions (Werk aan de Muur)
Products purchased through Werk aan de Muur are subject to WadM's own return policy, which includes 100-day free returns. To initiate a return for a WadM product, please contact Werk aan de Muur directly through their platform.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at berend@bvdart.nl within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
